A recent piece I'm VERY happy with. Technically a commission, but one I was given a lot of leeway with, and one that became very meaningful to me. (Yeah, the design wasn't exactly random *clearsthroat* But I say nothing >> )

Anyway, Had fun with cool vs warm colors here, and having the human figure more washed out and less detailed, versus the vibrant, more powerful reflection in the mirror.

I think all your art is gorgeous, but if I had to decide which was the most beautiful, I would pick this one. The wall is actually my favorite part. I also like the girl's legs and her reflection's left hand and the light shining on the mirror. But, really, every bit of it is so detailed and attractive.

i keep looking at this and sometimes wishing i understood. This is dead on... cept its a Lion in the mirror... lol <3 you did a great job with details and shading. Keep it up
